As you guys can guess from the amount of photographs I post of this little guy...he is my son!  This years T-ball photos taken on opening day were horrible.  He wasn't feeling well and was completely miserable so this mom decided to retake his baseball photos.   Needless to say...he cooperated much more this time around.

Certain clients end up becoming friends and family!  This family is like that.  My mother has been working with this family for months and she instantly became like family, so she was quick to message me when she found out they were in need of a photographer!  From the instant I walked into their home, I felt like we were long time friends.  It was my honor to photograph their wedding.

Some wedding are a little extra special than others.  This is one of the two weddings I have photographed this last year and it was the wedding of my close friend Vanessa and her husband Carlos. I have known Vanessa ever since we moved here to New Jersey when we were in the second grade!  She is one is one of those special people that never change no matter what life throws her way or no matter how many years pass. It was a blessing to photograph this special moment.  

Has it really been two years since I've posted??!! I can barely believe it's been this long of a journey but I guess the numbers don't lie.  Honestly these last two years have been a crazy bumpy road.  From getting married, to starting school, starting work again, cancer scare, and a new home.  Things have been high and things have been low but through it all I've kept on taking photographs!  Since my client base is growing it's only fair that I fully get back into the grove of things.  It's time to update you all on the photographs I've been taking throughout this time.  I'll be updating and giving this blog a little bit of a facelift as well.  Guess there's just one thing left to say.... Ivelisse McBride Photography is BACK!!

I absolutely love repeat customers and this young lady booked two sessions in one week!  I had the privileged to photographing her family earlier that week and this session was all about her and her boyfriend.   Their selection in clothes made for a great contrast between them and the green behind  them.

These two were so much fun!  What started out as a mini session ended up being over an hour session because we just kept talking and laughing!
