Katelyn and Family!

Today I photographed this awesome family!!  They were full of spunk and their dog was just adorable!

Eli is turning 4!

My son is turning 4!!  It is so hard to believe my little baby is getting so big so fast and a couple weeks after his birthday he will be officially a school aged kid! We took advantage that one of my sessions had to reschedule last minute to take his birthday photos since we were already on location.

Prints!!

This is my first print order using a new printing lab!  I was a little doubtful but I really needed a printing company that had the same value as I do.  The most important thing for me it speed.  I have heard horror stories of people waiting weeks and months to get their photo packages and I cannot have a business like that! I pride myself in delivering my customers packages with speed.  Sometimes pulling an all nighter making sure I get all photographs edited with in 24 hours of a session.   This photo printing lab has by far blown my mind away!!  I received my customers order yesterday evening and hurried to put it through in hopes that I would at least get my order before Monday but I was amazed that in less then 20 hours my order was printed and delivered to my house!!  And the quality is far better than any pharmacy photo lab!!  Today I am one happy woman...

New Editing Software

For the last two years I have been dealing with the worst editing software ever!!  It was great when I first got it but by now it is so slow it is taking me 4 hours to edit under 20 images! Today, I downloaded something new!  I love it!!  Look at this before and after photo of my son.

Newborn At Home Session: Phoenix Nicole

Last night I had the honor of photographing this beautiful little princess, Phoenix Nicole. Her mommy put her is this beautiful tutu and headband that grandmom had made especially for her.  It gives all the photos a personal look!  I absolutely love the way these photos came out! I ended up staying way too long and their house because we ended up having a great conversation with both parents!  Yes, photography is a lot of work but we need to have good conversations every now and then.

Bare with me!

I definitely have a lot of photographs and posts to add but this week has been hard and this following will be also as equally hard.  We just had a death in the family.  It is not a surprise thing but needless to say our house has been a little anxious. I ask you to please have a little patience with me as I work my way to get current with my July Photo Challenge and with all of my blog posts.  I did take time a did a newborn photo shoot last night and am excited to hurry up and post that one.  Then hopefully by the end of the week I will have all the other post up.  Thank you guys for viewing my blog!
